Come Party with us! An All Fired Up party will be a fun filled pottery painting experience! We have been hosting parties for nearly 21 years so we have the system and process nailed down to make it easy for you and fun for the kids!

Important Things to Remember:

Minimum number of guests is 10 kids.
Facilitated Birthday Parties are 1.5 hours.
Unless your party is from 10am-11:30am, the party is drop-off only for parents of attendees.

How the Party Works

Booking the Party:

After you fill out the form below, a manager will email you regarding availability of your preferred date/time.
Once you’ve confirmed the day and time of your party, you’ll receive a link to pay the reservation fee online ($220 for morning parties and $85 for afternoon parties). You’ll only receive a confirmation email after the reservation fee is paid. Please note that reservation fees are NOT deposits and DO NOT go towards the cost of your pottery.

Timeline of the Party:

The birthday hosts may arrive 15 minutes before the party’s start time to set up any additional items they plan to bring.
Instructors will wait up to 10-15 minutes after your party start time to allow everyone to arrive. Kids will color with markers while we wait.
Once everyone has arrived, our instructors will start the party and assist everyone with picking their pieces and the painting process. Kids typically paint for 45 minutes to an hour.
The instructor will keep the party moving, show techniques if requested, and answer questions.
The last 20-30 minutes is dedicated to passing out food, cake, and drinks. Parents start picking up kids at the end of the party while instructors help clean up the space.
If there is extra time, our instructor can also give a tour of our kiln room and explain the firing process.
After you’ve packaged up any leftover food/supplies and presents, you’ll pay for the painted pieces at the front of the store. Tips are customary and can be given in cash to the party instructor or added to your total bill at checkout.

After the Party:

It will take 7-10 days to glaze and fire your pieces. Once everything is packaged and ready to be picked up, a manager will email you with more instructions. We hold pieces for 30 days, and all party pieces must be picked up together.

Want to go bigger? Rent the entire studio!

You can reserve the entire studio for your very own private party! There is a maximum of 25 painters and parents are allowed to stay during the party. It’s a 1.5-hour block, additional time is available at a prorated cost.

We will arrange the tables and chairs based on your party/event. You are able to bring in your own food or have catering delivered. You are also allowed to bring in any food and beverages.

Tuesday-Sunday, 10:00-11:30am

Rental fee: $220 This is non refundable and this payment is to be made at the time of booking. Your party will take place prior to the opening the studio. This does not include pottery painted.

$26 per person min. (Cost of the pottery painted)

$220 – Rental Fee (Morning Slot) Plus the cost of the pottery painted

Age Range Suggested

We suggest 6 years and older for our facilitated birthday parties. We can offer parties for 5 years old, but they must be during the morning rental time slot so parents can join. Otherwise we are a drop off only party place.

Gratuity is appreciated and can be given directly to the party facilitator in cash OR you can add a tip with your final Credit Card payment.

Refund Policy

Reservation and Rental fee’s are Non Refundable less than 30 day to party date
If you are 30 days or more until the party date, we will refund you
We have to implement this policy because there have been cancellations after we have taken the time to send confirmation emails and ordered pottery for the party.
